I came to Dubai in 2014 and landed my first job in the finance industry with a PA role. I am joining Toni’s team with more than 10 years of Customer Service and Back Office Sales Support experience. 

With positivity as my number one strength, I am highly motivated to pursue my career in the financial industry. 

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communication and loves watching movies and YouTube videos during my free time.

A dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a decade of experience in financial services, Glaiza plays a vital role in supporting the operations of Hughes Private Holdings. She ensures the smooth flow of administrative processes, assists in new business and policy servicing, and coordinates directly with providers to maintain efficient turnaround and compliance standards.

Known for her precision, structure, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, she consistently upholds the firm’s values of professionalism, reliability, and integrity. Her organizational skills and problem-solving mindset contribute greatly to the efficiency of day-to-day operations and the continued growth of the company.

Outside of work, Glaiza enjoys spending quality time with her children and exploring her passion for cooking and creating new recipes in the kitchen.

Grace brings nearly a decade of experience in Client Relations within the global Family Office arena, having worked closely with some of the world’s most prominent individuals and multi-generational families. Her expertise lies in understanding, anticipating and addressing the nuanced and often complex needs of private clients, ensuring she delivers enduring value while building relationships built on trust, discretion and integrity.

In her role she leads the firm’s expansion across key global markets, nurturing relationships with high and ultra-high-net-worth families and forging strategic partnerships that support the organisation’s long-term vision. Her remit spans market development, stakeholder engagement and the creation of meaningful alliances across multiple continents, all delivered with her signature combination of professionalism and warmth.
